Delivery and Returns
FREE DELIVERY | All AU orders over AUD150 are eligible for free delivery | 3-5 working days | This offer is not valid during sale periods.
*Orders must be placed by 12pm AEDT to leave the same day.
Please note: Delivery times are only an estimate. Locations outside capital cities and major regional centres may require extra working days for delivery. Very remote locations will take longer.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. If a product happens to be unavailable at the time of your online purchase, we will contact you via email to notify you of its expectant date.
If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside Australia you will be responsible for any customs or import duties and tax levied once the package reaches your destination country. Daniel and Sofia will not be responsible for these charges.
CLICK AND COLLECT
You can pick-up your order in Sydney (Manly 2095, NSW) at the address provided in your invoice and avoid shipping costs. You must contact us at email@example.com to arrange the collection.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange.
You have 7 days to tell us of your intention to send it back to us. Daniel and Sofia is not liable for postage costs.
Our item(s) should be returned with your original invoice/receipt within 14 days of receiving the order and ensure that the item is posted back in appropriate packaging to ensure the item does not get damaged in transit.
Once the item has been approved for return and received by us, we will exchange and/or refund the original payment debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.This excludes hosiery and hair accessories.
Please note that any merchandise bought using a promotional code or during a sale is non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in your invoice.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly advise that you use a signed for postal service/courier to return the item as we are unable to refund for any orders which get lost in the post and that you keep your proof of posting documents until we confirm that we have received the item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the sum paid minus postage costs within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the address provided in you invoice.
PRE ORDER ITEMS policy
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released, however an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Pre Order.
When you pre-order an item from Daniel and Sofia boutique it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer/designer. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your item can be put into production. Anything with a later ship date or release date is considered a pre-order.
All pre-order garments are made to order and will take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched. If you need your order sooner please send in your request and we'll do our best to get it to you on time.
Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. This is due to the designers' production schedules and sometimes an item may arrive several weeks before or after.
CAN I CANCEL MY PRE ORDER:
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as a special order has been made exclusively for you with the designer which means your item is already in production and it has been paid for. Pre- Order items are not eligible for a refund.
WHAT IF I NEED ANOTHER SIZE IN A PRE ORDER ITEM:
Should you need a different size, you can place another order and send back the first item (in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn and all tags attached) and we will refund that item once it is received back in perfect condition.
